“We had a very good stay. We reserved a room for persons with disabilities, it was rather tight although very clean and suitable to our needs. However, we strongly suggest adding a curtain/barrier to the shower, a water spill in the bathroom poses a slippery/accident risk for people in a wheelchair and their helpers. If you bring a car be aware that parking could be difficult, we were fortunate to find a spot reserved for hotel guests across the street. Breakfast was good and being close to local……

“Communication very poor, no reply at all to my messages. The room keys at a coded box she did nt even message me, I have to ask next door pizza shops for help with several phone calls. Very congested area opposite a redundant hospital. Tv does work all because of depleted controller battery. Have to climb a very steep to get there. Need live credit card to pay online for just 2 euros local tax which i couldn’t complete registration. Avoid”

“Very charming property! The host, Carmen, was lovely and she was very organized and very helpful. You will need a vehicle if you choose to stay here. We chose to stay here because we thought it would be quiet. Unfortunately, at around 6:30am some guests were walking around and speaking loudly as if they were in their own home. There was also construction going on directly outside our window at 7am. We would give it another try if we were in Catanzaro again.”

“La camera presentava diversi problemi: corda della doccia rotta, tenda strappata, lampadina non funzionante e nel comodino ho trovato persino un fazzoletto usato. Il frigorifero era rotto e non ci è stata data alcuna alternativa. Anche le sdraio in piscina sono vecchie e usurate, non all’altezza di un hotel a 4 stelle. Abbiamo segnalato tutto alla reception e ci era stato detto che avremmo ricevuto un rimborso, ma il servizio clienti ha smesso di rispondere alle mail e non abbiamo ottenuto……

“First of all, i didn’t stay at The Rooms. They put me at one of their other properties, which, if it were summer and I was a poor college kid vacationing with friends, would have been fine. But other than the location and the entryway, this Air B&B was not good! The bedding was old, worn and stained. The toilet seat was broken, the towel warmer didn’t work, the fridge barely worked so my yogurts were warm, the shower was the size of a phone booth and there were absolutely NO amenities!……

“La foto del loro profilo trae in inganno. Si riferisce ad uno stabilimento balneare con il quale l'hotel ha una convenzione e che distano tra loro circa 300 metri. l'hotel vero e proprio si trova in campagna alla periferia di Catanzaro lido. La struttura è datata, le camere pulite. Personale della reception estremamente cortese ed efficiente.”

“Al 4 lampioni non risultavo prenotatone mi hanno offerto sistemazione in altro albergo. ”
