"Everything about this stay was good except I was surprised to find it not to be an actual hotel. Other than that the accommodations were totally modernized. There are a number of places to eat within a block. And reasonably located within walking distance of the Colosseum. "

"This property is in a building that has other private apartments. The room was clean, air conditioning was great, and there was a Nespresso machine, champagne, water, and snacks in the room, all included. It is extremely convenient to Roma Termini station, so easy to catch trains and metro to other areas of Rome or Italy. Would recommend staying here."

"Very much enjoyed our stay at iQ Hotel Roma! Front desk staff were very helpful with assisting with booking train tickets, assistance with transportation and were very accommodating to our requests and always friendly and a smile on their face! The hotels location was great, as it was in walking distance from several attractions and close to the Train station and Subway station. The property was very clean. Would definitely recommend this property to others."
"It was a last minute reservations and an absolute relief to stay there. Very pleasant and helpful staff, quiet, spacious comfortable room for the two of us. Perfect rooftop breakfast included. Easy walking to Trevi fountain and Colosseum areas among other sites. Staff pointed us to several very great restaurants within 5-10 minutes walk. Easy to catch an early morning flight to FCO and they even packed us a breakfast to go. When in Rome we will stay there again! "
