“The property was kind of hard to find. There is a brass call box with about a dozen buttons on it. There is a black sign with some dentist's face above it. That made it easier to find. The support is all remote - they will send you a video (definitely get Whatsapp for this trip) on how to work the box, get your keys from the lockbox, and using your fob to unlock the main door.
