The owners/staff were very kind and easy to work with. They welcomed us and made sure we knew all the necessary stuff information about the room and the logistics of the area.
Mohammed was very helpful and kind to us during our 5 night stay.

Studio was as described in the listing. It was good for my needs. Host was easy to communicate with. Check in was easy. The only issue was the parking. My pick up truck was too large to park at the end of drive. It turned out not to be an issue but check before booking.

What we needed
The quarters are small but sufficient. The parking was a bit of a challenge but the owner was extremely accommodating.

The room was clean and it did look like the pictures online, however it is not said that there are two different studios (very close to eachother) in the same basement, with basically no sound isolation. There was a family in the studio next to us, and we could hear them talking and walking, and later at night around 11pm we could hear the residents making noise and walking around upstairs. We are also pretty much sure that the two studios shared the same code, which made us concerned for safety reasons. The parking was unclear, however the owners were easy to reach and did help us. The property is also close to the train station which was a big plus.

Small but we'll equipped. ideall for 1 or 2 people on a budget for short stays.
Helps if you are driving.

Overall good
The place was clean, comfortable and with good assortment of household appliances. If you planning for a longer stay, the fridge might be a bit small; we stayed for 2 days. The instructions of assessment to our room were clear and nobody disturbed us during our stay. It was overall a good experience
