「Lovely property! Ana was great!」

「Everything was top notch!!!」

「Staff was very helpful」

「This is an excellent place to stay! The amenities are fantastic, and the staff were incredibly accommodating. They let my friend and me use the spa on our check-out day while we waited for our airport transfer, which was such a nice touch. The breakfast is plentiful and delicious, the rooms are spacious, and the outdoor pool is lovely. I highly recommend staying here!」

「Good location, parking included, breakfast was so so, though.」

「Great location! Great staff. Safe and quiet」

「This place was amazing! It’s right by the water, with the ferry literally at your doorstep. Waking up each morning was great, especially with the waterfront views of Faial. They have coffee available 24/7 and pastries in the morning, plus a few local shops nearby for food, delicious may I add! I stayed in the basement and it was great. 「We did not stay and cancellation was not accepted.」

「I stayed with my wife and 2 kids here- the place was a perfect setup where we had our own cabin with 2 bedrooms. The property is lovely- it was super quiet and we really enjoyed splashing around in the small pool there. We were very happy with our stay!」

「Very helpful staff, hotel is very clean and great views from the breakfast area and ocean facing rooms.」
