「Lovely property! Ana was great!」

「Everything was top notch!!!」

「Good location, parking included, breakfast was so so, though.」

「This is an excellent place to stay! The amenities are fantastic, and the staff were incredibly accommodating. They let my friend and me use the spa on our check-out day while we waited for our airport transfer, which was such a nice touch. The breakfast is plentiful and delicious, the rooms are spacious, and the outdoor pool is lovely. I highly recommend staying here!」

「Staff was very helpful」

「This place was amazing! It’s right by the water, with the ferry literally at your doorstep. Waking up each morning was great, especially with the waterfront views of Faial. They have coffee available 24/7 and pastries in the morning, plus a few local shops nearby for food, delicious may I add! I stayed in the basement and it was great. The place was very clean, had a kitchen with plates and dishes, and I absolutely loved the terrace. Yes, you can hear the church bells since the place is...

「Great location! Great staff. Safe and quiet」

「Very helpful staff, hotel is very clean and great views from the breakfast area and ocean facing rooms.」

「I stayed with my wife and 2 kids here- the place was a perfect setup where we had our own cabin with 2 bedrooms. The property is lovely- it was super quiet and we really enjoyed splashing around in the small pool there. We were very happy with our stay!」

「We did not stay and cancellation was not accepted.」

「The property is situated in a beautiful location and very close to the airport. The staff was super helpful and kind. Breakfast was delicious. Room was big with great view. I would advise to bring your own toiletries. It only has shower cap and soap. I was prepared so it wasn't a big deal.」

「Every single staff member was warm and welcoming. The hotel is well-maintained and the room was very clean. The Japanese toilet in the room was a nice amenity, and toiletries were also available on the bathroom counter. The bed was comfortable and I like the different lighting options you can use. The pool was my favorite feature of the hotel. It's on the roof where you can also access the spa. The pool and hot tub are connected so you can easily switch from one to the other. It's a small,...
