“Really friendly staff, Miguel was particularly helpful. Comfortable room with good breakfast. Complimentary tea was available in the Reception area during our stay, which was much appreciated. Walking distance from shops. Parking can be a bit tricky, but perhaps they have additional spaces we were not aware of”

“This is a beautiful property that opened 10 days before we stayed, so they were still working out little issues. The staff was very solicitous and the wine tasting in the cave was a really nice experience. The pool for the main rooms is indoor and lovely. The VIP rooms have their own small pools. The breakfast on the terrace was lovely. There is no outdoor pool, bar or restaurant. ”

“Chambre spacieuse et confortable. 2 lits simples accolés l’un à l’autre pour former un grand lit. Canapé lit correct pour une personne. “Kind people operating it. The property has a great view to the Pico Mountain, there are multiple houses lined up on a small street. It's a very peaceful vibe. It's within walking distance (an a beautiful walk - nice village with flowers, and fruits) to a cafe/bakery, a couple of restaurants, and a nice natural pool for swimming.”

“We had a truly lovely stay at this charming guesthouse. The owner and her husband are without a doubt the sweetest people we met during our trip. On the morning of our departure, her husband even offered, completely on his own initiative, to drive us to the ferry. That level of kindness and hospitality is rare these days and deserves to be recognized. The place itself is spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully arranged. There’s a warm, welcoming atmosphere throughout, with a beautiful common area……

“Toll gelegen, direkt am Hafen, und die Vierbettzimmer sind auch angenehm. Es gibt abschließbare Schränke in den Zimmern. Einziges Manko: wenn man ein oberes Bett erwischt, muss man Sprossen klettern, die eher für jüngere Füße geeignet sind. Am besten bei Bedarf vorher ein unteres Bett anfragen.”

“Tolles altes Gebäude, was als Hostel umgebaut wurde. Sehr gute Parkmöglichkeiten vor dem Eingang. Es war sehr ruhig, da kaum Gäste da waren.”

“Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Horta. Das Hotel ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.”

“The hotel was clean and front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. They were accommodating when we needed to store our luggage after check out. Walking distance to restaurants and downtown. Will definitely stay there again.”

“This property is in a spectacular location overlooking the magnificent Atlantic Ocean. You have to coordinate the resorts ATV transportation but it's we'll with the effort. This is a perfect place to escape so stay at least a few days if not more. You should stop at the grocery store and be fully stocked for meals although you're greeted with homemade bread, local cheese and the owners produced wine. ”

“Sehr zuvorkommende Verantwortlicher der Reception, der sich nach unserer Flugstreichung den Kurzaufenthalt ausserplanmässig perfekt arrangierte. Dies insbesondere da die Gesamtflexibiltät der Mitarbeitenden nicht gegeben war. Etwas kleines Essen organisierte uns der besorgte Mitarbeiter gegen das “sehr straffe militärische” Regime. Das Hotel ist wunderschön und für einen entspannenden Urlaub in der Natur, weit ab vom Tourismus perfekt! ”
