“We went there that night, and I was extremely dissatisfied as soon as I entered the room. I asked the hotel to change rooms, but they said they were full and couldn't change even if I was willing to pay extra. Although I was unhappy all night, it wasn't a big deal. “The room was very spacious and clean. The breakfast and afternoon happy hour punctual and generous. The location was ideal and close to the Convention Center. The front desk staff very helpful and customer service very good. ”
