“The first night I was arranged to stay behind the elevator, which made me feel uncomfortable and vibrated. Because it was a standard double room with two beds, it was better for me to sleep in the other bed. Since I had placed two reservations, the girl at the front desk said that I had to move to the room downstairs for the second night. I said it was inconvenient, and she said there was no other way because the room was fully booked. The next day I asked another woman if I could not move to……

“An enjoyable stay at the Beach Inn. The room was extremely clean with a comfortable bed & a good supply of towels, which was appreciated as there was no housekeeping. As others have said, the bathrooms are very much in need of updating, but again it was very clean. Breakfast was more than adequate to start the day and the coffee was hot and fresh. The view of Lake Superior & being able to sit near the lake was a treat.”
