“Ho prenotato questa struttura per visionarla di persona in quanto devo organizzarci un matrimonio il prossimo anno. La piscina e' favolosa e anche gli spazi intorno. Molto bello anche il salone al piano terra e le due case. Ottimo arredamento e climatizzazione perfetta. .E' presente anche una chiesa .il giardino e' pieno di fiori. Ideale per riunioni di amici e familiari. Non vedo l'ora di tornarci.”

“Logement très atypique spacieux et confortable. La fraîcheur induite des vieux murs en pierre a été un vrai plus vu la température extérieure. Top le tri des poubelles dans la cuisine. Peu de lumière naturelle vu la taille des fenêtre de l’époque mais on ne peut pas tout avoir. Giana est très accueillante et au petit soin pour le petit déjeuner au top !”

The pool was well maintained by a local who checked in everyday to see that things were Ok. “Sandra, the host who manages the property is so friendly and welcoming. There are groups of apartments around a courtyard each with a kitchen. Perfect base for exploring the area, but a car is needed. Swimming pool with views from the hillside. Parking spaces for each apartment which have their own charming names! “This property is beautiful and the holy grail of places in this part of the world - uninterrupted views of the countryside and walking distance to medieval town full of restaurants and historic buildings. Adele is the perfect host and as she lives in neighbouring property is on hand at all times. Highly recommended. ”

“This house exceeded our expectations. We had a fantastic time staying there and exploring it. It was very centrally located for day trips and we were available to explore the Umbria region which was also wonderful and better than we expected. One suggestion I would make is that directions for access to the internet and how to work the air conditioning could be included in a welcome booklet. Thanks Richard”
