「The overnight gentleman was very nice and helpful. The next morning was when all the terrible stuff started at about 7 am when the construction crew started nailing and working on the outside of the hotel. At 8 we were awakened again by the maid vacuuming the room next door to ours with what seemed like the loudest vacuum ever. Now the mattress was from the 90’s and no fitted sheets on it. 「The reception staff when we checked in was not friendly and didn’t welcome us or explain any of the amenities. Our bed was rock hard, very uncomfortable to sleep on. Also the tv did not work, couldn’t get channels on at all. The shower had low water pressure. Then after a rough night of sleep with the hard bed and hearing a guy snoring in the room behind our bed, the breakfast was nothing much. They had cereal, toast, yogurt and cups of fruit was all. I would not ever stay here again!」

「The room had very few amenities, not even glasses supplied in the room. And there was only one washrag and one hand towel in the room. And the bath towels supplied were very small. In addition I had to ask for a channel listing for the TV as there was none in the room. Additionally there was no information book supplied showing for instance fire exits and other amenitiesl」

「The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Rooms are very dated. The fireplace in the room didn’t work and the phone in the room didn’t work when I tried to call the desk for assistance. The front desk staff wasn’t very helpful. View of the lake was the best thing about the property. 」
