「The staff was nice. The room was expensive ($250 with expedia discount. Would have been over $300) because there was a baseball state tournament in a local town. 「I was impressed how clean and modern the room was. I really appreciated that the man at check in asked us a preference for our room. We wanted to stay away from the noise and be far from the elevator and got us exactly that: we were on the top floor and the farthest from the elevators. I truly appreciate being taken care of like this. We had a great night sleep, and that's what we needed from our one night stay.」

「The manager helped us to a first floor room that was spacious and very clean. Breakfast was delicious and included yogurt, fruit, and granola and a variety of teas to choose from- my favorite breakfast menu. I enjoyed the scrambled eggs, too. 「I was expecting to hear from the leadership team by now regarding the issues that came up with the condition of my room but sadly I have not. As a result I would not recommend you book here. I stayed on a fully booked night in a room that had mold/mildew issues, a broken jacuzzi tub, and more. The staff were not helpful & rude in spite of my attempts to politely discuss the issues. I travel for business & will not return here based on my experience.」

「Check in time was 3pm we got there at 2:20 and the guy said give him 20 minutes so we went and got lunch so got back around 3:20pm and the room still wasn't ready we got in finally around 4pm we cranked up the air and left to go fishing and returned around 9:30pm and the room had a gross ceptic sewer smell and was not cool at all so after complaining about the hot room he put us in another room after 10pm. We would like a rebate or money back for hell we went through.」
