Comfortable single-family house "Il Rifugio", 380 m a.s.l., detached, built in 2011, surrounded by trees and fields. 300 m from the centre of Boscomare, on the outskirts, 9 km from the centre of San Lorenzo al Mare, 15 km from the centre of Imperia, 9 km from the sea. Private: beautiful, well-kept terraced garden, 300 m2 with wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool (7 x 3 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 01.Oct.). Outdoor shower, patio, terrace, garden furniture. In the complex: sun terrace. Stepped path (14 steps) to the house. Parking at the house. Shop 4 km, supermarket 9 km, restaurant, bus stop 200 m, railway station "Imperia Porto Maurizio" 15 km, sandy beach "San Lorenzo al Mare" 9 km, indoor swimming pool 15 km. Golf course (18 hole) 32 km.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Super schöne Ferienwohnung. Wie auf den Bildern. Ausstattung der Wohnung ist super. War alles vorhanden. Einzig das man zum Einkaufen so weit fahren muss (gute Vorplanung) und im Ort keine Wirtschaft ist, sind die einzigsten kleinen Kritikpunkte. Dies wussten wir aber schon vorher.
