「There was minimal contact with staff and very few directions or instructions for room access and other hotel features. The breakfast was mediocre at best. The lights in the hallways were almost always off. Had to use the mobile phone flashlight on one occasion.」

「Excellent customer service, beautiful grounds and rooms. Lovely spa and wonderful treatments and amenities. We loved it !Thank you」

「Struttura posta in un luogo estremamente rilassante.」

「The property is beautiful, but our stay was deeply disappointing and, after approximately 40 years of travelling in Italy, the worst we have experienced there. The service was poor and the property felt disorganised. The owner rarely acknowledged guests, but readily lectured them, made loud phone calls near guest rooms and crossed supposedly private terraces. 「Location was great, staff were very friendly and accomodating great place to stay.」

「Very nice place, amazing view and easy to reach by. Lovely stay if you want to visit CAIAZZO The price is great for the experience, I gave 4 star instead of 5 due to the furniture bad shape」
