"The property is convenient for visiting Pisa city centre and the tower. The staff at the property were very friendly. The property was clean and so was the pool and pool area. The pool is great, although it does close at 7pm which is typical for Italy, although if you’ve been visiting the city during the day, longer pool opening would be advantageous. The problem with this place is that there’s literally nothing there, there’s a restaurant in the evenings, which I have to say is brilliant....

"Hotel accogliente, posizione ideale, a pochi passi dalla spiaggia in una zona tranquilla. Le camere sono molto pulite, luminose e ben arredate, con tutti i comfort necessari. "Absolutely the Worst Stay of My Life I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. There was no staff present, no one to contact, and it was completely impossible to get assistance when I needed it. The key card they gave me didn’t work, and I was locked out for an entire night—with no one available to help, no phone answering, nothing. When I finally managed to speak to someone the next day, the staff were incredibly rude and completely indifferent to what had happened. They didn’t apologize or try to make it right in any way. It was honestly one of the worst travel experiences I’ve ever had. Avoid this place at all costs."
