"I was glad to see outside improvements of cement driveway, garage, outdoor fire pit with lots of firewood. Looked like a new propane four burner grill and a kettle charcoal barbecue. Due to long hours out in the field hunting, we enjoyed indoor full kitchen amenities, comfortable clean beds, and updated TV Service. I even recorded a Hallmark while guys watched a program they wanted. Back to kitchen… the two frying pans were new and nonstick. I forgot to pack the mustard and ketchup, but there...

"This is a great property with an amazing view! Mark is fantastic and very communicative. He made sure we had everything we needed and even offered for us to stay later than the normal check out time. The neighbors are so great and you can even use the kayak or the paddle board out on the water. The inside is very clean and outdoor seating is very convenient, comfortable, and great for sunset views. I would highly recommend this property and we will definitely be back"

"We have been friends for 40 years & wanted a fun, relaxing weekend where we could catch up since we live several states away from each other. The cabin was a halfway point for us and exactly what we were looking for! Clean, great location, perfect size for the 2 of us. Thanks so much for telling us about the Northern Lights! We were able to view them and took some amazing pics! This was the first time either of us had stayed in MI too, so I got to check off another state I have now visited....

"Smallmouth bass fishing is outstanding in Saginaw bay. Black Bass fishing is off the chart good in the canals and reeds in the bay. House was perfect for 4 of us with two boats. Plenty of room to park two boats and trailers,, but no way for three boats and trailers. Very clean, and everything you need was there, plenty of towels, beds were exceptional. Nice quiet neighborhood. Launch ramp was just down the road about 1/4 mile. Great restaurants in town, and the people of AuGres are really nice...

"We had the most perfect stay. We had 2 families with 3 children (all 2.5 and under). We had a fenced in yard for the kids to play, our own quiet space for each family, plenty of fun, relaxing accomidations for the adults for when the kiddos were sleeping. "I so badly want to give this place 5 stars as Ross is an excellent host. Any concerns we had were addressed immediately and he even left a dinner with friends to come open the place for me as my bone headed self lost the key. The location is great. Right on the water with a sunset view. Plenty of beach to get your tan on. Water is shallow for at least 100 yards out from shore. "I booked this cottage so my husband and I could take my parents to Caseville for a quick weekend getaway. Our daughter and her 16 month old son joined us. The cottage is super cute and very clean. It is conveniently located right off the main road with easy access to the beach. Cheryl is a wonderful host!"
