Great Clean Cabin
This cabin was great! Clean, and secluded. Beds were comfortable. The washer and dryer were very small. Had to buy my own propane tank for the bbq. (I hope the next renters enjoy my money) Every single blind in the place was broken. Screens on the windows mostly all broken. A lot of hanging wires. Community pool was hotter than the hot tub. No relief from the heat. And it was small.

No grill as advertised
There was a gas grill available during our stay. The propane was empty and repeated requests to the owner and the property management company did not result in a working grill. I was repeatedly told to "pop on down" to the local gas station, Walmart, or any other place that does propane refills (which would be 30) and "enjoy my cookout". I cannot physically lift a filled propane tank did not "enjoy" my cookout. Numerous emails and messages through VRBO to the owner and the management company did not fix the empty propane situation. If you plan on doing any cooking, I would not suggest this unit. if you have to take this unit over others, bring your own charcoal grill and charcoal. There will NOT be a working grill at this unit. There was no positive response to my distress at not having a working grill as advertised. The unit owner and management company both failed to rectify the situation once they were informed about it. I should not have to fill propane so I can use a grill at a rental unit. If you have an actual issue while renting this unit, I can't believe the owner/management will provide any assistance. Their cavalier "just pop down" and "enjoy your cookout" seemed taunting and disrespectful when presented with a problem in the unit. I can't believe their response would be any different to any other issue brought up by a renter.

Wonderful stay
My friends and I decided on a last minute trip to TN this weekend and decided to stay here. Cabin was clean and check-in was a breeze. Although we had no need for the extras, host provided you with high chair, pack n play, crockpot, and plenty of extra pillows and blankets for pull out sofas. Location of cabin is great, maybe 5 min from main strip of Pigeon Forge and cabin was not hard to find. Cabin is located though in part of a resort but is nestled off to itself so you still have privacy. Our favorite part of the stay was definitely the hot tub. Very big, clean, and relaxing hot tub. I will also add, love the layout of house which may not be for others. Both upstairs and downstairs had living area and bathrooms. My husband and I have a 6 year old so we stayed in downstairs area which was convenient and nice to have our own area to stay. My friends stayed in the upstairs area which was private and gave them their own space as well. It was nice to have your own area besides being located a hallway away like previous cabins we’ve stayed in before together. Host is also easy to respond with any concerns you may have. Overall, we stayed 2 days and would come back.
