Great Stay

Our group enjoyed a great week at Crestview. We were 5 families in Pigeon Forge for a baseball tournament and the house was perfect for our needs. The rooms were spacious and the boys loved the bunk room. The communal areas of the house were incredible and you never felt like you were on top of anyone else. The house is in a perfect location to explore the entire area all while being in a private area. The Crestview manager was also very responsive to any questions we had during the stay.

Fantastic location for a big family to gather

I took all my children and grandchildren to Pigeon Forge and we enjoyed it immensely! The house is located on 5 scenic acres with a hot tub and swimming pool and big back yard! There are great gathering spaces in the home for groups to bond and share.

Large Home in Pigeon Forge

The communication with the property owner was spectacular. He was very responsive and knowledgeable. The house is beautiful and the grounds spacious. The house could use a little upkeep in certain areas but overall a very great stay in a wonderful location near downtown Pigeon Forge.

Celebration with Family

This was a great place to celebrate with a large family. We had my parents to celebrate their 50th, and my mom's 70th with all the kids and grandkids. Everyone had plenty of space and and the kids loved the pool, hot tub, ping pong table and pool table. The location is very easy to get to Dollywood, hiking, museums, and site seeing. Host is very very responsive to any of your needs. We did have things come up that needed to be addressed, such as getting another propane tank for example. He had one delivered within 45 min. or have wasp spray, which he had sent via instant cart within 15 min! Nice to have a host that takes care of your needs so quickly!

Perfect for large families

Our party of 25 had plenty of space. Only complaint was the pool. Apparently the iron levels in the water were so high the water looked like it had a layer of thick film at the top. Other than that it was perfect.

Reunion

This house was a great fit for our family reunion! It’s in a great location! It’s a beautiful home with an awesome yard, which led to hours of fun. The kids enjoyed catching lightning bugs and playing frisbee. On our last night we lit a fire and had s’mores. We did have a bit of trouble with the freezer and a noise coming from a bathroom vent when the AC kicked on, but the owners were very quick with their response and had treats delivered, which was a very nice gesture. The only downside to note is that some of the bedrooms upstairs do not have curtains so plan on being awake when the sun comes up. Otherwise I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area and if we make it back to TN again, I would definitely consider rebooking this home. We had a fantastic trip.

Relaxing Weekend in Pigeon Forge

A group of college friends in our 50s spent a long weekend at Crestview Estate, and truly enjoyed our time at the property. The venue is spacious and well-appointed for such a large property, with adequate bedrooms and a truly enormous porch area, which we utilized extensively. Check-in was a breeze, and we had no problems communicating with the owners during both the lead up to our trip and during our stay. We also appreciate the small, make-shift fire pit surrounded by comfortable chairs, which we used extensively during our stay. Having said that, the property does have a few shortcomings associated with property age and wear-and-tear. For starters, the porch area has seen better days: many of the exterior stone pillars are crumbling and numerous boards are warped beyond repair. Secondly, most of the bedrooms feature large windows, but absolutely no curtains; while this was wonderful during the day, it made for a very early wake-up call most mornings, as sunlight streamed into the rooms starting around 6:30am. Lastly, we found a number of aspects simply quite dated. The grill is largely rusted out and difficult to control, the numerous TVs were difficult to connect with and lacking remotes, and the ping-pong table was unusable, due to a broken net. These oversights were minor in the big scheme of things, but considering the elevated price point of this rental, they were certainly surprising. But with a little TLC, Crestview could again be a prized destination.

Missing amenities

I booked a stay here for a family reunion with 23 family members. The pros: location is close to town and attractions but still a nice private and secluded getaway. The pool was clean with fresh water for all the kids to swim in which was much appreciated. The house was spacious and had plenty of room for every guest from adults to children. The cons: the house wasn’t thoroughly clean when we arrived, we ended up checking in 50 minutes after the check in time due to the cleaning crew still cleaning up the previous guests’ stay. There wasn’t enough towels for the entire house especially for having 5 bathrooms, a swimming pool and a hot tub. AC unit went out during our stay and we had one hot and uncomfortable night during our stay. After alerting the property manager, they did send a heating/cooling serviceman out the same day. One of the small bathrooms below the master bathroom was leaking water from the ceiling whenever someone showered in the master bathroom. Overall, the property felt a bit dated and didn’t reflect the VRBO photos as the interior and exterior has seen some wear & tear.

Holiday getaway

This home was perfect inside and out. We had three families and there was plenty of room for everyone inside and outside. My father in law who loves to metal detect enjoyed his time every day on the property. The rooms were huge and very clean. Great game room/theater for the teenagers to hang out and great lounge area for the adults. The host George was amazing. Was available and willing to help out to make our stay easy and stress free. The whole family is already looking forward to coming back!!

Awesome stay at a BEAUTIFUL high end property

All I can say is WOW! This place was amazing. So big, so much to do, super luxury across the board. Loved the pool, the rooms were all huge. Everything was immaculate and clean. The hosts were great and willing to bend over backwards to accommodate us. We will be back for sure!
