Cozy and comfortable!

Great cabin

The cabin was in great shape, we stay in Sevierville several times a year and this was the nicest cabin we’ve stayed in. *Be warned it does have a very steep driveway*

Beautiful Property

My family of 4, my brother's family of 4 and my parents stayed for a week. This is a stunning property and the location is excellent for exploring the park, gatlinburg, pigeon forge, wears valley, etc. The cabin is really secluded and at the top of a driveway to get you away from it all. I would recommend this cabin to anybody!

Amazing

We had a wonderful time at this cabin! It was in such a great location, had all of the amenities that we needed, and was just a beautiful property overall. It was a great experience and the owner did a great job communicating with me as well. I would recommend this place to anyone staying in the area!

Birthday fun

We rented this cabin and had my sons bday celebration with a few of his friends. They had a great time. It was nice, they had the bottom floor with the pool table and bunk beds and the adults enjoyed the living room with the fireplace. The hot tub was nice too. Would definitely stay again.

Great cabin

we had a great stay at Josh's cabin. He was very responsive and friendly. He was the only owner who was offering a refund if our trip was canceled due to covid 19 which i personally thought was a wonderful policy considering the times we are in right now. The cabin was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. We had 4 adults and 2 kids

Smokey Mountain Get Away

The property owners were terrific with sending us a welcome and assuring us that if we found anything out of place or needing any supplies to simply contact them. The home layout was really cool and reflected the feeling of being high in the mountains. We sent many photos and a video of the fog moving around the hills immediately surrounding the home. So cool. Anyone visiting the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinberg area would enjoy this retreat.

Graduation Vacation

I just want to say that Josh was an excellent host! He communicated with us our whole stay. We had a son who graduated high school and this was a graduation vacation for him. Three's Company was the perfect place for us. Very close to the main road that lead to everything! One of my favorite parts was seeing a bear the first evening we were there. The fourth night, a raccoon came right up to the front door on the middle story and stood on his hind legs like he was greeting us all. :) It was a really nice place to stay. :)
