Everything was good. We had everything we needed. Very enjoyable stay. Parking was cramped for an SUV and a van and when the water comes on it makes a lot of noise but overall it was great.

View was beautiful. Stayed at Fresh Air cabin. Nice pool. Not a long drive or excessive curves. Master was on top floor which due to my back could not climb stairs so kids were up there. Only reason why i gave 4 instead 5 was it really needed a good detail cleaning. Surface was clean and not enough to want to cancel or complain. Just noticeable. Dust build up, stairs not swept etc. Book of instructions was out of date. Owner communicated well.

Needs Sound

I’ll start with the bad since that’s what people really wanna know…The house has thin walls/poor insulation which allows noise to easily penetrate and travel through. If people are on different sleep schedules, this will be a big problem because anytime water is running, doors/cabinets closing, or people are walking or talking, everyone in the house can hear it. When the water is running, it causes a loud vibrating noise throughout the house. The Internet also dropped in and out throughout our stay making it difficult for my husband who was trying to do Teams calls for work. The pool is not the greatest. My son said there was hair and Band-Aids in it. Kitchen had a few weird design things, like you have to open the oven to be able to open one of the drawers. I’m short and couldn’t reach the one of the cabinets.If you have questions, it takes a day or two for the property manager to respond. The phone numbers they provide go straight to a voicemail. One of the cleaning ladies did call me back though, and I appreciated that.We love the view from the porch, and spent most of our time there. We had a sweet little raccoon that came to visit us each night and ate right out of our hands. Some people might not like this, but we loved our little friend. We came home one night, and he was sitting at the door waiting on us. Hot tub was great fun for kids. Location is great and close to all the major stuff. The cabin was clean, plenty of hangers and drawer space.

Nice cabin

Nice cabin, great view, but the parking on the steep hill side was a little sketch. The motion sensor light on the side of the cabin where you come in went out on day 3. We called the maintenance number the next morning and in the afternoon they came and replaced. I would be happy to stay there again sometime.

Beautiful

Beautiful cabin with amazing view. Very peaceful. Great space for all family to enjoy. Updated pictures need to be uploaded for this cabin. Other pictures are old and don’t do it justice. Air Conditioner on bottom floor did not work at all, very hot sleeping.

Overall good stay air conditioner down stairs didn't work that well but im sure they will fix it seen a few bears plenty of utensils for cooking there close to gatlinburg and pigeon forge easy to get around

Quick Get Away

This cabin was perfect. It was well taken care of, great location, and ideal for some R & R. I reduced the cleanliness to 4 stars only due to the fact that the flooring was a bit dirty as it failed the barefoot test but overall, nothing too serious. David was amazing and I would rent this cabin again without hesitation. The view was amazing as well. Do not let the pictures deter you, the cabin is 100% worth the investment. Parking is a little sketchy (in my opinion) but utterly doable as I quickly discovered and acclimated to. :-)

Dollywood Mini Trip

The house is very spacious and close to everything. It needed a good cleaning. Felt like it had been closed for the winter and not used. The internet modem was broken so we had no tv. The trash bin lock number wouldn't work no matter what we tried. The owner did respond to my e-mails about those issues. There is only parking for 2 vehicles at the property so if you have more than that they need to park at the pool area. The hot tub needed more chemicals. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Never staying again

this has been the worst trip ever. heat kept shutting off so it was freezing in here both mornings. Gas line to the grill was kinked so we coiuld not even cook. When we came back from wonderworks, there was no power at all and we had to find the outside breaker box and flip the breaker back on and it never warmed back up after. the fireplaces kept shutting off so we could not even get warm with those. the upstairs bathroom breaker kept shutting off and there was nothing plugged up
