「Key cards wouldn’t work. The lady when we arrived late in night she was very nice and she made an attempt at conversation and made me feel welcomed. The room was clean. Air conditioning worked decently. At checkout the other lady clearly had been there longer had caught an attitude and was clearly very angry and annoyed with the previous staff that helped me not being able to get the key to work. 「Staff was courteous and allowed us to check in an hour early, which was very nice. However, there were several issues with the room. The bathroom door didn't properly fit and you had to forcefully pull it closed, which was extremely loud to both open and close. Also, the in-room alarm was previously set, which woke my wife up at 3 a.m. and she had to figure out how to turn it off in the middle of the night. But the biggest problem was the smoke alarm, which started doing three-chirps at 4 a.m....
