「Everything was ideal. Our RV needed another day in the shop and this was a last minute surprise. The facility was just what we needed after a 7 day journey.」

「The rooms were clean but the daily refresh of he room (stayed 4 nights)was limited. I had fresh towels everyday but garbage was not taken out day to day, Kleenex was not refilled after running out, paper coffee cups were not replenished day to day. the bed spread and blankets were pulled up but the bed was not "made". These are all something we are used to from other hotels but was not a "requirement".」

「The staff went above and beyond. It didn't feel like your typical hotel stay, it felt like a touch of family. Special shout out to the older gentleman that worked late shift. He really had a passion of service.」

「I booked on Expedia 11 months in advance and requested a joining rooms with the other room I booked. Called the property at the time also and then called the property a week in advance confirming. One room was booked with a joining rooms capabilities but the other on a different floor. They were able to move us to the same floor but still not the same. Clearly with a little planning we could have been accommodated since the people on the other side of the a joining room didn’t request it.」

「Hotel had a smell, couldn’t figure out what it was. Bed was very hard. Somewhat on the noisy side for a weekend. I guess you get what you pay for.」
