“During our stay, we found that the hotel room did not meet basic standards of comfort and habitability. The room had inadequate heating, and the bathroom had no heating at all. Furthermore, there was no electrical outlet in the bathroom, making it impossible to use a portable heater as an alternative.
In addition, the air conditioning unit in the bedroom produced excessive noise throughout the night, making it extremely difficult to sleep. As a result, we were unable to get adequate rest during……

“La habitación que ofrecen como “Suite” realmente no está a la altura de esa categoría. Cuenta con un termotanque de apenas 50 litros, lo que resulta muy poco práctico: una persona tiene que bañarse rápidamente y luego esperar aproximadamente 40 minutos para que la siguiente pueda hacerlo. “We had a good stay at the hotel. The staff was friendly and responsive. However, the room they initially gave us smelled like cigarette. They eventually moved us to a new room after 1 night. ”

Breakfast was delivered promptly after we ordered, and, as advertised, our apartment had a direct view of the ocean.
However, I must strongly point out that this hotel is not wheelchair-accessible, which caused us significant difficulties. When I purchased the package—which was non-refundable—it stated that we……
