「This is the third time we have rented this cabin and its always perfect for us. Clean, has everything we need, close to everything and great price. Love to sit on the porch and listen to the creek. Will definitely be back! 」

「Had a wonderful trip here! The location of the cabin is great, the property is great. We saw beaver, deer, rabbits, bald eagles, red and gray squirrels and on a scenic ride we took nearby we saw a black bear. It rained a few days of our stay so we were able to enjoy games inside. The kitchen has everything you need, the bathroom is nicely stocked and for a longer stay there is a in unit washer and dryer available. It was our 4th time staying in this cabin and definitely will not be our last....

「The house was a thoughtfully decorated and comfortable space. It was close to the PA Grand Canyon and sort of close to Cherry Springs. You can see the stars from the backyard when the moon is right. It’s close to the main road so keep in mind that you’ll hear the road when you’re outside. It’s perfectly quiet inside though. We would stay here again.」

「This was an awesome place to stay. House had everything you needed. The fire pit was awesome with all the wood. Had many grills which made things so convenient. Will definitely stay here again. Loved the large yard with all the games.」

「Definitely a picturesque, remote setting. Enjoyed experiencing an Amish way of living. Being "off the grid" was a good experience. 」

「We had a wonderful, relaxing stay at Black Bear. The cabin was everything we needed and super comfortable. The hot tub, the view from the back porch, the quiet was spectacular, especially the nature's light show in the trees by the creek at night. It was magical. Hope to get to stay again. The host was easy to work and had everything in the cabin you might need. Thanks Dave. 」

「Peaceful and quiet.. very relaxing with a few thoughtfull amenities. They left us wood for the fire pit and they had kayaks, a canoe, and a bunch of games and books. The creek flows right past the balcony. We felt like we were miles away from everything and yet the busy town of mill hall and lock haven are just 10 min away.」
