不滿：整潔度、職員與服務和住宿狀況
Historically, this hotel has been decent value for the money, though in it's current state as of 1/16/26, it is not a healthy environment to stay in. The interior of the hotel smells musty/moldy and looks as if the sprinkler system went off months ago and caused water damage to everything (carpet/furniture/beds/etc.) and then wasn't cleaned up - rather just covered with towel-like chair/sofa coverings. The 2 hotel rooms I was assigned are in horrible condition (I've stayed in cleaner rooms in 3rd world countries), room carpet matted with dirt and debris from clearly not being cleaned, bodily fluids/hair on the bed, bodily fluids on the pillows, and bed linens and towels that were unclean and trash in the closets and floor. After checking in to the 1st room, I walked immediately out as the room was exceedingly dirty/grimy and requested another room - the 2nd room was also uninhabitable as the bed linens were visibly dirty with body fluids on the pillow/sheets/bedspread (both beds). The elevator was also out of service. I immediately decided to turn around, cancel the reservation and check out. I requested a refund at the front desk, and was given a receipt showing reversed charges for my 3-night reservation, though now 4 days later my credit card statement still shows no reversal charge/refund, though rather additional(!) charges - (4) charges in total (so I was in fact grossly overcharged). Don't waste your money reserving/staying at this property.
