Bloomington Pine Grove State Recreation Area Hotels

"We enjoyed our stay. It was quiet and away from normal tourist hotels. The breakfast items left were convenient however we had to go buy coffee for coffee maker. We tend to like a cooler room and the windows worked well to allow a cool sleep. My only suggestion would be add an air purifier as the room smelled of stale cigarette smoke. We bought a candle and it helped. Overall I wouldn’t hesitate to book here again. "

"It was a great place to get away. Tucked away from everything and everyone. So plan ahead. Very clean when we walked in and had everything you needed. Very well furnished. Hot tub was amazing. Grill was nice. Celebrated a weekend away with wife for anniversary and it was exactly what we were looking for. "

"Host was outstanding and the place was very comfortable with a nice deck outside overlooking wooded area. The third bedroom had a comfortable bed, but no closet and was small. Acceptable if explained forehanded.The inside is 180 degree's from the outside in appearance.The amenities were great."

"We had a great stay, unfortunately when we arrived it was just after a massive storm and the power was out. We spent most of the day hanging out in the backyard and around the fire pit at night. Our dogs had a blast with so much area to explore. The next day the power came on and we enjoyed the surrounding area boating and exploring Nashville. Overall our Host was very helpful despite the power issue and he really took good care of us. I would definitely give this location my highest recommendation. As a bonus this house has the best air conditioning I've ever experienced, hands down. "
