Two additional shared baths complete the home. The open living area exits to the backyard and patio from sliding glass doors and also flows into the gourmet kitchen and dining area. The kitchen has ample counter space and a breakfast bar, new GE profile microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator (ice maker included), stove and gas cooktop all stainless steel appliances. Seating for 6 in the dining area overlooks the golf course backyard vista.

It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.

(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
