Hotel staff was sitting behind front counter talking guest had to go ask for things including the omelettes that were kept in the freezer. When booking a room for 6 guestst they only include 4 wristbands the others you need to purchase. Staff in the waterpark was inconsistent one day my grandson was ok you use the big water slide being a 1/2 to short. The next day it was a no. He can't go down them.」
