I received an email to say that I gad to contact thevhotel 24 hours before arrival if I was arriving after 2pm, even though check in time was 2pm onwards. I phoned the hotel and they said it was no.problem as reception was manned til 11pm. Not sure why I received the email and had to make an unneccessary ...
