“We stayed one night at the Populus for the Morgan Wallen concert in July and it was the best decision for an event at Lumen Field. We were able to valet our car overnight for $80 upon check in (a great deal because most event parking was $80-100 and that’s not overnight parking rates) We were within walking distance of the stadium and plenty of bars and restaurants, we were able to enjoy drinks before during and after the event without worrying about driving home or fighting event traffic. “It is about a 15-20 walk from the Westlake light rail station. Beware, the exit from the station goes to the corner of Pine & 3rd which literally is drug addict central. Seriously, people were shooting up and smoking meth right on the sidewalk. We walked away really fast. The location is great and close to everything, but it is downtown and as in most downtowns around the country there are a number of homeless people walking around (but NOT as bad at Pine & 3rd).
