Check in time was listed as 4 pm. However, we were charged $15.00 for a resort fee even though the resort amenities closed at 5pm. This was especially irritating because the Expedia web site specifically says there would be NO EXTRA FEES.

Outstanding stay. The "cabin" was like renting a house. Everything you needed was there and so much space! We loved the mini golf, the horseshoe pit and the pool building. We borrowed movies to watch in the evening. We had such a good time we returned the following weekend for a few more nights.

Very clean and comfortable. Our cabin was unexpected large! It was like having a whole house to ourselves. We appreciated the full kitchen and outdoor grill, and close drive to many shops and restaurants. We only stayed 1 night so didn’t have a chance to enjoy all of the amenities. On our way out of the neighborhood in the morning, we saw a parade of elk crossing the road.

The facility and grounds are great. Quiet and fun. The pool and hottub are amazing. Love the pooltables, basketball minigolf and all the little chess and cornhole on thr property. Staff is always friendly.

This was the first time I can say it wasn't like the pictures; it was better! The color of the cabinets gives the impression that it's in need of a renovation, but it's not true. It's clean, comfortable, roomy, and well-maintained. It really is a whole house you get. The area is so beautiful, service all over Pinetop was exceptional, and the food was great. Having the activities on site was fun, and I appreciated having the big soaker tub to warm up in. If I were to add any cons, I would say they could add a little hook for the hand towels so they have somewhere to live but the counter. And for those of us who struggle with stairs, there are 3 steps into the cabin and no way to get to the billiard tables except a full flight of stairs. All in all, I wish I'd booked a longer stay!

The resort was great. Unfortunately, they started doing winter hours for the pool and hot tub at 8 PM, our second day staying there. I would prefer it to stay at 10 PM but other than that it was great.

The staff at PVC was awesome, especially Katrina! The room was beautiful and clean and felt like a home away from home. We enjoyed the mini golf, the pool, the sports areas, and relaxing in our cabin. Bonus that we went in Fall and the leaves had changed and they were beautiful. The only problem we had was that the staff at the Roundhouse side of the property was cold and rude both times. The first time we accidentally ended up in the wrong building for check in. The girl came 40 minutes later and was not kind in addressing the mistake. For reference this was our first time there. The other rude person was an older lady who told us during our recreation to be quieter as they were"working" in their office. I can honestly say we would 100% stay again because of the PVC staff but would steer clear of the Roundhouse resort staff. We plan to go back someday.
