「Let’s start by saying that it’s a nice place. Recently remodeled little farm house on the edge of Belle Vista. But that is about where it stops. When you turn on the tap water, be prepared for a very strong odor of sulphur/crude. It’s awful. I noticed in our “welcome” email it said it had been remedied. It has not. 「Had several problems with the automatic door lock, but the owner answered the phone every time I called and was extremely helpful. It was a cute little place and very convenient for where I wanted to be. If I had any complaint at all, it would be that the only places to sleep are bunkbeds. It would be nice to have one queen size bed, and one set of bunkbeds. Didn’t really like sleeping in a bunkbed, but the place was great and the people are wonderful.」

「Our group of three teenagers, their 40-ish mom, and 70-ish grandmother were able to completely relax at the house. We live on opposite sides of the country, so these five days were a happy treat. The beds, showers, and furniture were super comfortable.」

A few maintenance problems got in the way of a perfect stay, though the property managers stepped up right away to address them. They were extremely responsive, kind, and helpful.
