"We enjoyed our stay here so much! We came to town to celebrate our 15 year anniversary and this cottage was perfect! Such a sweet, peaceful, & well thought out place! We had everything we needed and enjoyed the hot tub. It’s secluded, but close enough to Tyler where we enjoyed a nice dinner. Will be back in the future hopefully!"

The owners have done an excellent job in remodeling an older home into a clean and comfortable place to stay. Everything about this stay was excellent. "This is a darling little place that gives you a feeling of getting away from it all without being too far away from it all. It is the perfect spot to enjoy a morning cup of coffee on the little front porch listening to the birds. We especially enjoyed the sheep and watching the dogs work to guard their flock. "I can't communicate well enough how nice this property is. Check in was simple. Everything we needed was present. The house and property are lovely. It's close enough walk to downtown Jefferson, which we did. We walked back at 1:30 am and you can't do that most places. Hardwood floors, tall ceilings, big back porch...it's fabulous."
