"I liked everything about this property, except that it’s not in Seia, but about 10 km away, on the side of the mountain. Good experience overall"

"Good breakfast"

"Thank you to the amazing staff at Casa do Vidoeiro who provided outstanding customer service to our family. The amenities were as advertised, super clean and working AC along with an amazing pool. Our host Mr. Jose was superb and provided valuable insight to the areas must see spots…we will be back!"

"Really relaxing and beautiful place to stay "

"A lovely family run hotel both clean and comfortable with a lovely pool and a small bar where you can sit on the terrace under grapevines and look at the beautiful view. The hotel restaurant is extremely good and parking and breakfast are free. I thoroughly recommend this hotel and will be back."

"Beautiful surroundings and very friendly staff"

"Raizes de Vinha is one of the best stays we have had on our 19 days trip to Portugal. The surroundings in which the appartments are situated are gorgious. We stayed in the house that is situated at the end of the land. Therefore it was very quit and we could enjoy the silence at the fullest. The breakfast that is served by sr Matias (who is famous for his cheese) is one of the best we have ever had in our lives . It was served with 6 different kind of cheeses that were made by sr Matias...

"Loved the spa and pool facility. Excellent restaurant."

"very pleasant stay breakfast was ok nothing exciting but better than buying outside of hotel "

"Amazing"

"The staff has always been wonderful and the breakfast is delicious. Right in the center if a lovely little city."

"Great stay!"

"Just left from an amazing stay as Casa Penhas. An absolute treasure away from the city with majestic views of the mountains. We went on a guided hike, used their heated indoor pool and had a couple massage - all extremely well done and with the utmost customer service. Food was also delicious and plenty. They served an abundant buffet breakfast, snacks after our hike, and a top-notch dinner. If you’re looking for rest and relaxation with amazing views, this hotel is for you."

"What a lovely place to stay. We loved every minute of our stay here. We highly recommend this place. Beautiful inside out"

"The Lodge ist in the middle of the Mountains with Great view"

"We (my wife, my two grandchildren, and I) have truly enjoyed this place and the kindness with which we were treated at all times. My grandchildren were thrilled to enjoy the swimming pool and to visit the nearby dolmens. Thank you to Sevenfarm and the family behind this wonderful venture!"

"Wonderfully relaxing stay and the warmest of welcomes and hosts. Highly recommended for a chilled out stay."

"gem in the mountains"

"Excelente estadia e hospitalidade da Inês e do José Maria. Pequeno-almoço óptimo com produtos locais. Casa a 15min de Seia, óptimo para explorar a Serra da Estrela. A regressar"
