Leider konnten wir nicht auschecken. Wir haben 1 1/2 Stunden gewartet, aber niemand kam. Ab 9 Uhr sollte jemand da sein. So konnten wir unsere Unterkunft nicht bezahlen. Das geht gar nicht.

Frühstück gibt es 2 Straßen weiter in einem Stehbäcker, alt und kaputt, kein Fernseher, kann man nicht als Hotel bezeichnen. Ein Zustellbett das beim berühren zusammen gebrochen ist. Hatten 2 Nächte gebucht sind nach einer Nacht frustriert abgereist. Schade um das Geld. Betrug würde ich sagen

Für mich wird es hier kein zweites Mal geben.

Das Gebäude ist alt, was ja generell nichts zu bedeuten hat. Die Zimmer sind mit Teppich ausgelegt, was für mich leider immer einen gewissen abstoßenden Eindruck macht. Das Badezimmer, ich hatte ein Zimmer mit eigenem Badezimmer gewählt, sah zwar nett aus, aber es stank ganz fürchterlich moderig. Als ich ins Zimmer kam war sowohl dieses wie auch das Bad total überheizt, was den Geruch noch verstärkte.

Sehr netter Empfang, der Chef persönlich war es und hat alles erklärt und gezeigt . Auch das angestellten Personal war sehr nett. Die Einrichtung könnte besser sein , moderner eingerichtet sein und Gläser aufn Zimmer haben . Hier und da war etwas kaputt , was sicher schnell behoben werden könnte .

Die Reservierung hat nicht funktioniert. Ob der Fehler bei Hotels.com oder am Hotel lag, kann ich nicht sagen. Auf jeden Fall musste ich mir um 21.00h ein neues Hotel suchen.

Nice hotel - better booking information needed

Hotel was ok, clean, very polite service staff... but booking did not show extra cost for a extra bed! Booked 2 grown persons and 2 kids and was informed at arrival about the extra fee for a bed. Bathroom not in the room but shared with others is also not mentioned with very big letters in the booking, which is a bit difficult with small kids whbe not seen before...
