"Location is amazing, staff can be much better."

"This is overall a fantastic hotel and is probably in the best location in town. The staff are overall great, but there were a few hiccups. First, we had asked that the room be cleaned and also because we needed supplies replenished (for example, toilet paper), and they did not. Another miss was that we had ordered room service breakfast the morning of an activity we had planned externally. We waited and then called the room service line, and they told us that they never received the order after we placed it. This was a bit upsetting in the moment. There are definitely opportunities for improvement."

The staff were very accomodating on check in and our Junior Suite provided the space and facilities we needed to recover from a long flight. The location is very convenient with close access to public transport to get around the city. Will definitely book here again on our next visit to Amsterdam."
