Overall, a decent hotel with a good location. The breakfast options were quite good, and the hotel was generally comfortable. However, the staff were not particularly helpful. During housekeeping, an inadequate amount of toilet paper was provided, and when we requested an extra roll, the staff did not bring one to our room. We had to go to the reception desk ourselves to get it. Overall, I would rate this hotel 4 out of 5.

The rooms are only cleaned every 3rd night and ours was missed. Had to complain as we needed clean towels toilet roll etc, the shower needed bleaching and because the rooms are not cleaned every day the tiles were going brown. The luxury of staying in a hotel is not there as you have to do everything yourself make bed empty rubbish etc but the prices go up and should go down. The breakfast was excellent and staff were very helpful

Good location. Clean room. Nice shower with good water pressure. Good breakfast. The only thing is the guest does not have control of the room temperature. We had to call front desk several times because the room was freezing cold. The room is rather small which is typical of European hotels.

The breakfast & the breakfast help were very good. They were very kind & accomdating. The front desk staff was NOT good at all. We were charged for extra rooms & they were not willing tomhelpnus with the issue. Also the night front desk guy was horrible. He was rude snotty & lazy. He would not give us additional blankets for our rooms. They shut the air off in our our room so it got hot. He closed the bar 15 minutes early & wouldn’t sell us drinks. There were multiple people in the bar that wanted to order a drink. Your front desk staff deserves a 0/5.

The breakfast was always replenished quickly, there was something for everyone. Staff were lovely and we were able to check in a little early which was so helpful. Didn’t have to walk to far for anywhere we wanted, around 20 minutes to most places but we do walk at a leisurely pace
