"Great little hotel, Paul and his wife the owners are always onsite, and it shows in how they take care of their guests they are long time locals and can give guidance for dining and activities. For skiers the location cannot be beat, the longest part 3 min of the walk to the gondola is waiting for the light to change. Rooms are great good beds ... an comfortable.. and you can walk anywhere in south lake tahoe in a minutes... as for value .. it can't be beat.. "

"I have never been the South Lake Tahoe, but I will definitely come in and stay at this hotel again! My room was exactly what I was expecting and what I paid for. It went absolutely above what I was expecting as well! Although it was freezing the night we came, they still offered complimentary Smore's kits to do in front of their fire! Their pool and jet jacuzzi tubs were heated. We had plenty of parking. Was able to park right in front of my room to keep an eye on my car. Our room patio opened up to a public beach, which felt more private since it was completely open behind the hotel. I spoke with the general manager upon check in. There was something going on. That might have prevented us from having a completely comfortable stay, he explained everything fully making us aware of the problem. With that was also many solutions and options that would keep us comfortable, and/or even to the extent of relocating us to another hotel that we chose on their bill. We decided to stay and I am very glad we did. Because of this, I will continuously praise this hotel management and team! "

"From start to finish the service was amazing, everything that was in the description of hotel was available for use and much more. The pool table was a big positive, and ability to use the outdoor grill and providing Utensils to cook with was awesome. Comfortable and clean rooms made out stay great. Would definitely recommend "
