Please note: The home accommodates up to 10 guests comfortably (ideal for up to 8 adults). We’re happy to answer any questions about the layout or sleeping arrangements.

Horses: We don’t currently have horses at the ranch, but it was once a working horse property. Horses are welcome if you’re traveling with your own, and we’re happy to recommend great horseback riding options in the area.

Guest have private access to the home and property. We are local and available 24/7 if you need anything during your stay.

Dog + Horse Friendly
We welcome up to two well-behaved pups. There’s a one-time pet fee of $125 (total, not per dog). Please don’t leave dogs unattended in the house unless they’re crated.

Tanning shelf: 6 in deep.
Shallow end: 3 ft 6 in.
Deep end: 5 ft.
No diving allowed.

The pool can be heated to 86°F from Oct–Apr for an additional $225/night. This fee covers the cost of propane, which is notably high in the area. Spa heat is included at no extra cost.

Commercial Use
Commercial video or photo shoots are not permitted without prior approval, a valid permit, and applicable fees. Violations will incur a $5,000 fine plus a production fee of up to $600/hour.

Personal photos are always welcome.

Events
Events are not permitted.

Roads
The last 2 miles of the drive are on a dirt road. 4WD is not required, the roads are accessible.

Wildlife
The desert is a living landscape, home to insects, mice, and other small creatures. If you’re sensitive to desert wildlife, this may not be the right home for you. We treat the area monthly, but please keep all doors closed to prevent visitors. We love the nature that surrounds us, and most guests do too, just a friendly reminder that we are truly in the desert.
