「In over ten years of booking through Expedia, this is hands-down my worst experience. Kerculla Resort should be removed from the platform immediately. When we arrived, the property was an active, half-finished construction site with not a single staff member on the premises. Completely stranded, we could not even stay on the property and had to drive an hour away to Sarandë to secure last-minute accommodations for the night. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this property.」

「Great location as it’s super accessible to the waterfront. Very friendly and helpful front desk. Parking is a few blocks away so once you check in (double park for check-in), you can drop off your luggage and you’ll get directed to the spot. Very clean modern rooms, exceeds my expectation!」

「The hotel is perfectly located on the beach with its own private beach area including sun loungers and umbrellas. We could leave our rental car in the underground garage; whenever we wanted to go somewhere, the staff would bring the car out for us. The room was spacious and the bathroom modern, it was clean and we had a balcony with a partial sea view. Breakfast was delicious and offered a good selection. We occasionally ordered pizza from the lunch menu—which was tasty—and the cocktails,...

「The location was awesome. Super easy to walk everywhere, fairly level to get to the Bazaar (which is rare based on what we saw). We walked to the castle as well, a bit uphill, but that’s true of every rental in town. All in all A++ for location. The dinner was absolutely delicious…there meatballs were incredible. Breakfast was excellent. The staff was great, super friendly. The room was a great mix of old and modernized. We thought Silver Hill was awesome. I’ve already recommended it...
