The staff were not helpful in resolving the issue, and when I requested to speak with a manager, my request was denied. Given the lack of assistance and accountability, we ultimately decided not to stay. I’m extremely disappointed with the experience."

"Our time in Campos do Jordão was very good. What a beautiful place and wonderful days with the family. Regarding the stay, there are a few important points to highlight that were not very good experiences. First, the person at the gate when we arrived was not at all friendly. Whenever we were asked about the apartment and useful areas of the building, he was quick and rude. We always looked away, and I'm not used to people like that who don't even say hello. The apartment is very well located...

"O hotel é simplesmente incrível! A recepção é maravilhosa, todos os atendentes são extremamente gentis, educados e solícitos. Mesmo ficando no segundo andar, o acesso é super prático porque o hotel dispõe de elevador.
A vista é linda, o apartamento é grande, espaçoso e com uma limpeza impecável, tudo muito organizado, cheiroso e bem cuidado.
O café da manhã também merece destaque: muito bom, entregue no quarto direitinho, tudo fresco e no capricho.
Outro detalhe que me encantou foi que o hotel...
