"We absolutely loved our stay in this home. After having spent time in both Rome and Florence, some time here was just what we needed to relax and re-charge. We shopped at the local market and enjoyed cooking in the newly remodeled kitchen with updated appliances. We enjoyed coffee in the morning and took in the beautiful views of the Tuscan countryside around us. The home was also centrally located to give us an opportunity to take some wonderful day trips to places like San Gimignano and Pisa....

We enjoyed the markets and restaurants within walking distance and the vibe of the area. Check-in was easy but there are no clear markings or numbers to show this apartment, which sits at the very top of the stairs in the building. "Such an idyllic place. The house was spotlessly ckean, with everything we needed. There was plenty outside space, and swimming pool. We were staying there while we went to the Andrea Bocelli concert, our host, Alessandro, was fantastic, picking us up from the railway station and taking us to the concert, nothing was too much trouble He responded to questions and e mails, very quickly I would certainly recommend this place. We only stayed for a night but would have really enjoyed spending longer...

"The room was so lovely, beautifully decorated, very spacious, comfortable, very clean. There was more than enough storage space. Location could not be beat. Host was more than helpful and the breakfast had many options. After a long day of sight seeing, we enjoyed a glass of wine on the terrace. Highly recommend!"

"We were a group of 7 and rented all 4 rooms in the building. We loved the private, remote location and the outdoor areas - such as the covered seating area next to the grill and games on the lawn! The pool is huge and especially deep! Claudia takes great care of it (we could not find the special sun tan cream that she recommended - for some reason our normal sun tan lotions caused white swimming costumes to go yellow in places). "We stayed here in Monteverdi for a month with our two older kids (and our dog) and had an amazing stay - we didn't want to leave! The whole family is so warm and welcoming. They made us feel like family and helped us with anything needed. The town is in the hills about 30 min from the sea and it was so easy to drive to various towns, cities, and natural sights like the geothermal museum. We could easily walk to the grocery and restaurants within 5 minutes and enjoyed the local thermal baths...

This place is like having a 'real' home in a typical residential area of Pisa. If you're staying for more than a couple of days, I highly recommend this location as it is closer to the typical Pisan experience. "David, the owner of the flat was incredible. He was very accommodating and very helpful since the beginning and he was available whenever I had any questions. His apartment was very clean, spacious, and comfortable and had everything we needed to feel at home. It was located on the hill with a gorgeous mountain view and it looked exactly like it did on the pictures. "Het huis zit aan een doorgaande weg. Bij het huis zijn fietsen, maar wij vonden het niet prettig om op de doorgaande weg te fietsen naar het dorp. Zwembad wordt dagelijks onderhouden en kan je heerlijk in zwemmen. Alles is in het huis aanwezig, is wat gedateerd."
