“My family enjoyed the space of having the three bedrooms and living room & kitchen area. But a few things really distracted from the stay.
We started to make coffee in the coffee pot, which we appreciated, but it was dirty. When reported to staff, an employee was sent to our suite with a sponge filled with soap.? She walked in without knocking even tho a Do not Disturb sign was on the door. This employee was very unhappy that she was sent to clean a coffee pot which was not requested. By then……

“I booked a single queen and the room was extremely small to the point that I felt claustrophobic. Most of the room was taken up by large built-in furniture that didn’t seem to really have any purpose other than taking up space. The mini fridge rattled throughout the night and woke me up multiple times. The hairdryer in the bathroom did not work. There is free breakfast every day, but the hot options are not very appetizing. “We had a wonderful stay at this property. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Everyone was so kind. Loved the pool area with a view. The brunch included with our stay was a cherry on top. Wasn’t your basic continental breakfast. Also, loved that we could enjoy the place a bit longer after checking out. The perfect tranquil place to escape to. Will definitely be back! ”
