The room is nice size and very comfortable. My young children loved everything. The heated pool and spa was wonderful to wake up to and end the day. Fire pits were nice.

The staff was very accommodating. They gave us the best room possible and it was on the beach front! The room was on the lower level so that our door opened up to the garden and the beach front and fire pit with an amazing view. I needed an additional few minutes after check out for an important Zoom meeting and they said yes. I was able to have a WiFi connection and a private and a relaxed call. This experience was a great value, the room rate and the natural beauty right outside our door. I listened to the ocean waves all night with the fireplace keeping me warm in a very comfortable bed. Thank you!

Room was lovely with the comfiest bed so honestly could not complain about that! Parking free and easy and the firepits are a lovely addition to staying here. The gentleman on reception when checking in was great, but I was really unimpressed with the lack of responsiveness and helpfulness from whoever manages the emails and messages etc prior to arriving. I was trying to arrange somebody to come and decorate our room with birthday balloons for my partner prior to our arrival and had to resort in passing the hotels contact number over as I just wasn’t really getting anywhere within a reasonable time frame. I also thought that given the hotel was nowhere near full, we might have been allocated a room closer to the beach or on the second floor with a bit more privacy.

The scenery is beautiful. The hotel is within walking distance to town. My only criticisms are the bathroom is outdated and the windows are drafty and not noise proof. The base of the stairs is crowded with housekeeping carts and old furniture.

Late evening staff is amazing and happy early morning lady was grumpy and hates her job even rolled her eyes a few times when asking questions/help definitely needs a refresher other than that everyone else was great!

The first floor Ocean front rooms have a great view. Rooms are old and in need of a little restoration, but the individual patios and fire pits are fantastic in front of the ocean. Very noisy upstairs if you get people with no awareness of their noise levels.

This is another motel property on Pismo Beach. Room was decent though very basic with a partial ocean view. Pool is tiny and for getting wet and not any form of swimming. Beach access is close by and easy with a long staircase down to the sand. Lovely views as it typical with pretty much every property along Price St. The place was very noisy and we struggled to sleep all night. There were folks partying in the parking lot till past midnight and additionally there was loud music blaring as well. Clearly, the night staff does not walk around the property. Hard pressed to return. 3 starts only due to location and friendly checkin lady.

Very loud with the family that was below us at the fire pit with loud music and screaming child over the loud adults. The drains in shower/tub and sink are very slow TV remote only worked to turn down the sound— used to stay here with large group every year—used to be very nice—seems the clientele haven’t learn to respect other people are also at the hotel — so sorry to see this beautiful property be overshadowed by its customers behavior.

Everything was perfect. The only downside was that we had ordered room service for breakfast. The waffels were great, but the breakfast burrito was barely edible at best. For that price i would have liked seeing some effort.

It was great but I do think they should add a gate in front of the fireplace my daughter sat by it and leaned on it not thinking it was hot “there is a sign but it’s small” and got second degree burn. It’s a very nice place to stay and will stay again but for the younger children maybe a small gate would be good.
