“Das Personal war immer freundlich sobald es Fragen jeglicher Art gab. Vermisst habe ich die positive, lockere Ausstrahlung im Umgang. Während des gesamten Aufenthalts habe ich ein Lächeln der Mitarbeiter sehr vermisst. "Danke", Bitte" "Wünsche für den Tag" davon war im Bereich des Frühstückraums nichts zu spüren. Stumme Diener!? “The hotel was situated right on the high street, very close to all sorts of shops and banks. The hotel flooring was beautiful marble and the rooms were really nice with excellent showers. The buffet breakfast was wonderful, with delicious home made bread and croissants. It was served in a cosy cafe style space with windows facing the street. The staff were very friendly and helpful”
