“My friend and I stayed here for four nights.
The guest house is nice, clean and meets needs all the basic needs. No extravagant luxury, however what makes this place truly amazing is:
- We were welcomed by the friendly hosts and had the feeling of being their private guests in their own home. Airport pick up was pre-arranged by email and we was met at the arrival by our driver, absolutely trouble-free (USD 68/ 3 hrs)

“The best place to stay. This is boutique accommodation on a quiet street, a short drive to the main attractions. “Normally I’m not the person who writes reviews. But this hotel really deserves a good review. Its was great staying for me. Great interior design, cozy, clean. Its so close to Galle fort by tuktuk it takes only 230 rupees.

“Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im The Sun House. Das Personal ist liebenswürdig und herzlich. Das geschichtsträchtige Haus wurde aufwändig renoviert und hat ganz viel Flair. Die Räume sind liebevoll dekoriert und alles ist sehr stimmungsvoll. In dieser ruhigen Anlage kann man wunderbar ausspannen und ist in 10-15 min zu Fuß in der Altstadt.
