“The hotel doesn’t have an elevator. I stayed on the first floor. Actually, there is a corridor between the first floor and the carpark with a few steps only. However, the receptionist didn’t told me about that. She simply told me to carry the luggages through the normal entrance and go up one floor “ONLY” . No help had been offered and she clearly knew I got a car. Nowadays, it is not usual asking the lady customers to carry the luggages going upstairs ”

“Quaint great view from windows big room no ac but windows opened wide and great local downtown near fun bars and shops, had lift but con was there were many steps up to get to room from the lift, had breakfast included”

“Wow what a welcome. Hosts are so friendly. All the food was hot and fresh. Rooms clean and airy. Close to shops and restaurants. Would stay here again if coming back to Pitlochry. Definitely recommend ”
