"Great service checking in and out, restaurant was good. We found it strange the cleaners entered the elevator with all there towels supplies as we were using it. Made it very crowded but lady was friendly"

"Chris and other members of Concierge team were very friendly and welcoming. Front staff were okay but didnt offer any info about the hotel such as options for breakfast or that there is a terrace. We liked the location, walkable to most sites. Pool, hot tub and sauna were a good bonus."

It’s very close to the Waterfront train station, making it incredibly convenient to get around Vancouver, explore nearby areas, and even travel to and from the airport with ease. Our room had a stunning view of the harbour—waking up to that scenery each day was unforgettable. The hotel itself is stunning, with elegant spaces and a peaceful atmosphere that makes it easy to unwind. It’s the kind of place where every detail is thoughtfully taken care of.
