Our cancellation policy depends on the length and timing of your stay:
• Standard stays (<30 nights):
• Full refund if canceled 5+ days before check-in
• 50% refund if canceled <5 days before check-in (1st night is non-refundable)
• Peak dates (holidays/events):
• A stricter policy may apply and will be shown at time of booking
• Mid-term stays (30+ nights):
• First 30 days are non-refundable
• 30 days’ notice required for cancellations
• Full payment for first month due at booking

Pet Policy
We welcome well-behaved pets with an additional pet fee charged per pet, per reservation. Please notify us in advance if you’re bringing a pet. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after pets and ensuring they do not disturb neighbors.

Damage Protection
Your stay includes damage coverage through Guesty Shield:
• No security deposit required
• A non-refundable damage protection fee is included in your reservation (may appear as a “management fee”)
• For stays over 21 days, additional coverage applies every 21 days
This protects both guests and hosts from accidental damage.
