Room was clean. Was told they were making renovations to the hotel. Receptionists were very kind and courteous. Upon checking out Pamela went the extra mile to ask me about my stay and made me feel like a person and not just a customer. Breakfast was really nice. Will definitely stay here again in the future. Thank you :)

Super friendly staff, clean hotel, and excellent amenities. The only problem was the loss of power Sunday morning from approximately 3:30 to 6:30 AM. Also, the breakfast buffet was a little different but even more amazing with eggs, sausage, links, and sausage, gravy and biscuits! All three in one meal.

Needs completely renovated. Red stains on comforter and shower curtains, bug guts left on walls. The gym equipment doesn't work correctly. If section 8 had hotels. This would be one of them. The Restaurant and lobby is nicely maintained. The staff was friendly also......

The staff is ALWAYS helpful, professional and efficient. I think the property can use a bit of maintenance in the rooms. To me, the location is a winner and really convenient for my trips to Pittsburgh and the price is right!

Nice place for the value! Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Room was clean and offered more than enough space. Beds were comfortable. Only issue I had, which is a very miniscule one, is the keys wouldn't open doors at any of the entrances. Not a big thing, just went to the main entrance and got our room there. We will be staying here again regularly when we want a night in Pittsburgh.
