"Interestingly never been in a hotel with zero staff- entry was a digital code, eating area empty- literally no staff Turned out ok but thinking a glass of wine after arrival would be nice- no one there"

"This hotel is super cool! As a retired teacher, it is awesome to see an old school building turned into a nice hotel! And the bar top is a great city. I’ve stayed here a couple of times now with my daughter attending the University of Pittsburgh. It’s a great location. And the last time I was in town, I had an issue with a different reservation Trypp was able to accommodate me and my dog Max for the night! I will definitely continue to stay here when I travel to Pittsburgh to visit my daughter!"

"Beautiful hotel in downtown Pittsburgh. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We travel with someone in a wheelchair which can be problematic. We had absolutely no issues and will definitely stay here again. The breakfast and social hour were great!"
