The two desk clerks, Liam and Alex, that I dealt with were helpful and nice. No heat in my bathroom. TV was difficult to navigate. No breakfast. Lobby microwave was fifty. Biggest issue was the noise. Children and teenagers, some half-dressed with nothing but underwear or towels only, running up and down hallway until PAST MIDNIGHT both nights. Rooms above me were very noisy. I have been staying at RR for 50+ years, but never again. Plenty of "skunk weed" (marijuana) being smoked there.

Black mold in my room, bathroom fixtures falling off the wall, wallpaper peeling, broken toilet seat, my key didn't work every day of my stay and they charged me extra when I asked to be moved

I reserved a cheap room and got it. There was no light over the desk for my computer. The dresser drawers were misaligned rendering the bottom drawer useless. My computer warned there was a data hacker on the WiFi , so it was useless (I used a WiFi hotspot on my phone). The toilet handle came loose. I couldn't figure out how to use the TV. Luckily, a very nice maintenance guy came to fix the toilet and told me how to use the TV. The bed was very comfortable.

When we came it smelled intensely of Fabuloso (which isn’t a cleaner btw it’s just liquid perfume for your floor) which was off putting because what are we hiding that we have to make it taste like Fabuloso in the air? It seemed clean though to the eye. However, at midnight we were laying down watching tv about to go to sleep when a roach scurried across the dresser in front of the TV. Yeah we packed up fast after that. Went downstairs, and since the owner was offsite we got no help besides “the owner will call you when he’s in again”… okay? Thankfully he called the next day and said he would issue a refund, but that doesn’t make up for the 5 hour drive i had to make at midnight. So frustrating. Don’t stay here unless you like company in your room.
