“Bulb out in B/R glad I had a flashlight. The outlet in the kitchen was dead, no coffee moved the coffee to a different room after blowing a fuse. all lights went out, there was no one to call, I used the 800 number on the pamphlet and got a Cheery woman who said we are closed now leave a message, I Did and am still waiting for a response.”
